Description of key information
The median effective concentration (EC50) for immobilisation of Daphnia, exposed to 1,2 -diethoxypropane was determined over a 48 h period, under static conditions. The
results indicate that the 48 h EC50 for immobilisation of Daphnia is greater than 1624 mg/L under the conditions of the test. The NOEC and LOEC values are 112 and 221 mg/L, respectively.
