The lowest flash point corrected to 1013 hPa is rounded down with an accuracy of 0.5 °C: 198.0 °C.

Interpretation of results:
GHS criteria not met
Conclusions:
The flash point of the test item was determined to be 198.0 °C (corrected and rounded down to the nearest multiple of 0.5 °C) at 1013.25 hPa.
Executive summary:

A study was conducted according to Regulation (EC) No 440/2008 method A.9 to determine flash point of the test item using a closed cup method (reference 4.11 -1). The start temperature for the main test (200 °C) was chosen based on the preliminary test. Therefore 4 mL of the test item are filled in the cup and heated to the estimated temperature. Then the substance was maintained for at least 1 minute at this temperature. The flame was dipped in the cup and it was checked if ignition occurred. The measured flash point at atmospheric pressure was corrected to a standard pressure of 1013 hPa. The flash point was determined to be at 198.0 °C (corrected to the ambient pressure). Thus, the flash point of the test item was determined to be 198.0°C (corrected and rounded down to the nearest multiple of 0.5 °C) at 1013.25 hPa.

Description of key information

The flash point of the test item was determined to be 198.0 °C (corrected and rounded down to the nearest multiple of 0.5 °C) at 1013.25 hPa.
