Description of key information

The 96 -hour LC50 for Danio rerio > 279 µg/L (solubility limit).

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

The acute toxicity of the test item to Danio rerio was determined according to the principles of the OECD guideline 203 and in compliance with GLP. This test was carried out as a limit test under semi-static conditions with renewal of the test media every 24 hours. Seven test organisms were exposed to a saturated solution of the test item and the control. In this study the test item did not cause lethal effects to zebrafish after 96 h up to the solubility limit (saturation solution level under test conditions: 279 µg/L as geometric mean measured concentration).
