Additional information

The toxic effects of the test item on the mobility of Daphnia magna over a period of 48 hours under static conditions were evaluated according to OECD Guideline 202. Test solutions were prepared individually by water-accommodated fractions (WAF) approach. The acute effects of the test item added by water-accommodated fractions to ISO 6341 test medium at the nominal loading limit rate of 100 mg test item/l to Daphnia magna were investigated under laboratory conditions. Test item quantification was performed according to a validated analytical method at 0, 24 and 48 hours.
