JUSTIFICATION FOR DATA WAIVING

The physical state and appearance of enzymes is variable depending on how the enzymes are produced (e.g. fermentation methods, production organisms and recovery processes). Under REACH, the enzyme is defined as enzyme concentrate, dry matter. However, enzymes are typically recovered as enzyme concentrate in a liquid form and further formulated as liquid products or granules.

Furthermore, enzymes are proteins and do not possess the ability to ignite spontaneously.
