Justification for classification or non-classification

Reaction Mass of bis(trimethoxysilylpropyl)methylphosphonate and (trimethoxysilylpropyl)methylmethylphosphonate] contains about 4% (range = 0 - 10% (w/w)) of dimethyl methylphosphonate (CAS No. 756-79-6) which has a harmonised classification of toxic to reproduction Category 2 in Annex VI to Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008. Therefore, classification for reproductive toxicity Category 2 applies to the registration substance according to Regulation (EC) No. 1272/2008.
