In a key study, te vapor pressure of Fyrolflex RDP was determined using the spinning rotor gauge method according to OECD guideline 104 / OPPTS 830.7950 under GLP. The vapor pressure of Phosflex 61B was found to be 2.59 x 10^-3 Pa at 20 degrees Celsius.

A supporting study according to ASTM standard D2879 using a Isoteniscope reported a vapour pressure ranging from 0.125 Torr at 32 °F to 60 Torr at 650 °F.
