Description of key information

Short description of key information on bioaccumulation potential result:
The log Pow of 3.3 indicates that the substance, if absorbed, might be accumulated in the organism. The signs, which are observed in the repeat oral toxicity study, indicated that the substance was absorbed by the oral route and distributed systematically. There was no evidence of absorption by dermal route in skin toxicity and irritation studies.

Additional information

The log Pow of 3.3 indicates that the substance, if absorbed, might be accumulated in the organism. The signs, which are observed in the repeat oral toxicity study, indicated that the substance was absorbed by the oral route and distributed systematically. There was no evidence of absorption by dermal route in skin toxicity and irritation studies.

Effects noted in the 28-day study suggested that the substance might have been absorbed and distributed to some extent. No evidence of absorption after skin contact was apparent.
