PREPARATION AND APPLICATION OF TEST SOLUTION (especially for difficult test substances)
Vial filled with test solutions that had been purged for 30 or 60 minutes with clean air at a rate of approximately 100 mL/min. The test vessels were filled to the rim to minimize headspace and closed with transparent lids sealed with a silicone vacuum grease. This method was shown in another experiment to result in a saturated solution.
