Conclusions:
The predicted chronic value (ChV) of 20.049 mg/L for fish indicates, that the substance is not toxic to fish in the long-term.
Executive summary:

The long-term toxicity value (Chronic Value, ChV) of Trans-1,3,3,3 -tetrafluoroprop-1 -ene for fish was determined by a QSAR model. This calculation was performed by the computer program form US-EPA (EPIWIN software ECOSAR v1.11).

The experimental logKow of 1.6 and the water solubility of 373 mg/L was user-entered for these calculations. A chronic value (ChV) of 20.049 mg/L for fish is predicted the substance Trans-1,3,3,3 -tetrafluoroprop-1 -ene. The prediction indicates that the substance is not toxic to fish in the long-term.
