Description of key information

The substance is neither acutely toxic nor toxic at chronic sublethal exposure to aquatic organisms.

Additional information

Acute toxicity tests with aquatic invertebrates and algae as well as a long-term toxicity test with aquatic invertebrates are available. The algal toxicity test and the long-term toxicity test were performed with the substance to register and the acute daphnia toxicity tests with one of the three structurally very similar components of the substance.

None of the tests showed toxicity within the solubility of the test substance in water and the highest concentration tested, respectively. Thus, the substance is considered to be neither acutely toxic nor toxic at chronic sublethal exposure to aquatic organisms.
