1 52.34 97.61 132.73
2 52.04 102.63 133.99
3 54.22 97.26 133.5

Observations:

In all measurements a flat broad endothermic event with slightly lowered baseline was detected, this behavior can be assumed to be boiling.
Therefore, the boiling point is indicated in the range with peak maximum and was evalu- ated with event markers for marking start and end as well as peak maximum (for safety reasons the lowest peak maximum was given).
The Peak maximum could be the boiling point of the main component because the test item is a UVCB substance.

Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
The boiling point of the substance ranges between 52.34°C and 133.99°C with the lowest peak maximum of 97.26°C.
Executive summary:

The boiling point of pyrolytic lignin was examined in accordance with OECD guideline 103 and EU guideline A.2, by DSC (differential scanning calorimetry).

On the basis of 3 replicate determination, it is concluded that the boiling point of the test item ranges between 52.34 °C (325.49 K) to 133.99 (407.14 K) with a peak maximum of 97.26 °C (370.41 K). Note that the peak maximum could be the boiling point of the main component because the test item is a UVCB.
