Data platform availability banner - registered substances factsheets

Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Details on test material:
- Name of test material (as cited in study report): 520 F - Chlormethyloximether
- Analytical purity: 94.4 g/100 g
- Batch No.: 31196-182
- Storage condition of test material: ambient temperature

Study design

Analytical monitoring:
no
Buffers:
- Buffer pH 4.0 (citric acid, sodium chloride, sodium hydroxide)
- Buffer pH 7.0 (phosphate mixture)
- Buffer pH 9.0 (sodium borate, hydrochloric acid; acetonitrile)
Details on test conditions:
PROCEDURE
About 17 - 18 mg of the test item exactly weighed were dissolved in 100 ml of buffer pH 4, 7 or 9 respectively. In cases where obviously undissolved amounts of test item caused problems, the solutions were filtrated. The solutions were heated at 50.0°C ± 0.1 °C (or 40.0°C ± 0.1 °C, respectively) and injected after defined time intervals into the HPLC system
