Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Additional information

A study conducted according to OECD guideline 203 is available. Zebra fish were used as test organisms and the LC50 after 96 hours of exposure was determined to be 38 mg/L. The results were based on the initially measured test item concentrations, solvents or dispersants were not used. The NOEC was determined to be 27 mg/L.

Additionally, as a range finding test for a bioaccumulation study zebra fish were tested according to OECD guideline 203. The determined LC50 (96 h) value was 9.6 mg/L based on measured test item concentrations. However, the test was performed using a dispersant (HCO-80) and mortality was observed in the dispersant control. Further, though the effect concentrations were expressed based on measured data, it was not further specified whether these values were initially or mean measured or if time weighted average values were used. Therefore, this test was not considered suitable as key study.

Furthermore, a screening test was conducted according to OECD guideline 203 with 1, 10 and 100 mg/L. The lowest test concentrations did not show any mortality, whereas 100 % mortality was observed at the highest test concentration (100 mg/L).
