Description of key information
In total 17 individual high quality EC10 and NOEC values for effects of vanadium on soil microorganims in freshly spiked soils are selected for the PNEC derivation. The toxicity data cover 3 microbial processes (nitrification, N-mineralisation and respiration) and range from 3.2 mg added V/kg dw to 670 mg added V/kg dw (both for nitrification). All data are based on measured added V concentrations in soil.
