The dissociation constant of N,N-dimethylpropan-1-amine is 9.25 at 25 °C.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

Several reliable literature sources report the dissociation constant of N,N-dimethylpropan-1-amine as result from experimental studies to be 9,25 at 25°C. In addition a QSAR estimation was done using SPARC v4.5 with the result of 10,04 at 25°C. The value which originates from REAXYS which is a peer reviewed data base is 9.25 at 25°C. Thus the dissociation constant of 9,25 at 25°C is regarded to be reliable for N,N-dimethylpropan-1-amine.
