Description of key information

In accordance with column 2 of Annex IX of the REACH Regulation (EC) No. 1907/2006, the study for dissociation constant need not be conducted if it not scientifically possible to perform the test. There is no analytical method sensitive enough to determine the dissociation constant and so no test has been performed.

Key value for chemical safety assessment

Additional information

In a supporting study, the dissociation constant of dimethyltin dichloride is pKa = 3.54. This study cannot be sufficiently relied upon to use this as the key value.
