1 000 mg/L

Additional information

Data of the structurally related molecule CAS 173011-06-8 are available for the toxicity assessment of the test substance to microorganisms.

CAS 173011-06-8: In a short-term respiration test similar to OECD 209 an EC20 of approx. 1000 mg/L was determined (BASF AG 92/1991/08/11983, 1992). Additionally, in an oxygen consumption test according to DIN 38412 part 27 using Pseudomonas putida an EC10 of >= 1000 mg/L was determined (BASF AG 92/1991/71/1, 1993).

These results are considered to be adaptable for the test substance due to the structural similarities and the identical core-molecules. Based on these values the inhibition of the degradation activity of activated sludge is not anticipated when introduced in appropriate low concentrations.
