Additional information

One study was available using the read-across substance glycerol as test substance. The acute 48 -hour LC50 value for Polyol 80 to Daphnia magna was examined. Under the conditions of the study, the 48-hour No Adverse Effect Level of Polyol 80 to Daphnia magna is less than 320 mg/L and 100 percent mortality was greater than 3200 mg/L and the LC50 was 1955 (1851 to 2068) mg/L.
