Additional information

The dissociation constant of the test material was determined in accordance with the standardised guideline OECD 112 using the spectrophotometric titration method. Under the conditions of the test, the test material was the test material was determined to have a dissociation constant (pKa) of 4.76 (acidic) at 20 °C.

The study was performed in line with GLP and an accepted standardised guideline with a high standard of reporting. The study was assigned a reliability score of 1 in accordance with the principles of assessing data quality outlined in Klimisch (1997), and considered suitable for assessment as an accurate reflection of the test material.

The available data are considered to be complete and the result determined, pKa 4.76 at 20 °C was taken forward for risk assessment.
