A log Koc value 6.3 ± 0.4 was obtained using a validated QSAR method. The result is considered to be reliable.
The predicted value is based on extrapolation of the limited available dataset, and is slightly outside of the applicability domain of the model. The upper boundary of the model is defined by L4, and the value is therefore considered to be greater than the measured data for L4 (CAS 141-62-8), which has a measured log Koc value of 5.4. No non-standard mechanisms affecting log Koc are envisaged, and therefore linear extrapolation of the dataset is considered to be valid, and the predicted log Kocvalue for L5 of 6.3 ± 0.4 is considered to be reliable.
