Applicant's summary and conclusion

Validity criteria fulfilled:
yes
Conclusions:
The substance is not toxic to the fish in concentrations under 2150 mg/L. Effects above this concentration could be prevented by pH-adjustment
Executive summary:

To assess the acute toxicity a study according to OECD 203 was performed with Na-silicophosphonat. The concentration range was from 50 to 10000 mg/L. The control worked as expected. The LC50 (96h) was between 2200 and 4600 mg/L. The NOEC was 2150 mg/l.
