Additional information

In an OECD 201 guideline study conducted by RCC in 1996 Desmodesmus subspicatus (reported as Scendesmus subspicatus) was exposed to the test substance for 72 hours. In the static test system the test item concentrations were analytically verified and the EC50 (72 h) based on the growth rate was determined to be 14.5 mg/L and therefore has to be classified as harmful to algae.
