A GLP study was conducted according to Regulation (EC) No 440/2008, Annex A.9, using the Abel closed-cup method (DIN EN ISO 13736). The GLP study determined the flash point to be 17 °C at 1013.25 hPa.

Flammable liquids, Category 2 (highly flammable liquids and vapour) of EU CLP: flash point <= 23 °C and initial boiling point > 35 °C
