DIRECT PHOTOLYSIS in Air, Water and Soil

The registration substance does not absorb light >290 nm (ozone band) and therefore a direct photolysis in air, water and soil will not occur.

INDIRECT PHOTOLYSIS in Air, Water and Soil

The registration substance may undergo OH radical induced indirect photolysis. The Half-life of the indirect photolysis can be estimated with US EPA AOPWIN Program calculating a low degradation half-life of 1.3h (12-hr day, 1.5E6 OH/cm3).


In prinicple the amid function of the registration substance can be cleaved abiotically but the half-life for the hydrolysis is >>100 years (US EPA Hydrowin Model).
