SPECIATION OF THE REGISTRATION SUBSTANCE

The registration substance is a monobasic acid with a pKa of 4.6 (see IUCLID Chapter 4.21). This means that in aquous medium at pH 7 ca. 0.4% exists as salt and 99.6% as acid.
