Applicant's summary and conclusion

Conclusions:
The test item started to discolour starting at 250 °C. The colour changed to dark brownish black. With a delay of two seconds the vapours ignited and showed a blue flame. The test item had a flash point of 250 °C according to the test conditions in the sense of the European Commission Regulation (EC) No. 440/2008, Method A.9. under atmospheric conditions (1013.3 hPa).
