Justification for classification or non-classification
-The flammability of a liquid is deduced from flash point (and boiling point) and was determined to be <55°C.

The evaluation of flash point for flammability of a liquid is based on the set criteria for C&L as outline in the Annex VI to Directive 67/548/EEC and in the GHS UN, 3rdrevised edition 2009.
The theoretical assessments of Pyrophoricity and Flammability on contact with water are based on section R.7.1.10 of Guidance chapter R.7a of REACH Regulation (EC) No 1907/2006.
According to the criteria in Annex VI to Directive 67/548/EEC the substance is to be classified as a flammable material
