Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Additional information

There are no available data on the boiling point of hydroxylammonium nitrate. However read across data for hydroxylamine, hydroxylammonium sulphate, and hydroxylammonium chloride were available. Hydroxylamine has a boiling point of 58°C whereas hydroxylammonium sulphate has a boiling point of 102°C. Hydroxylammonium sulphate and hydroxylammonium chloride are both quoted to decompose at temperatures above 120°C. It is likely that hydroxylammonium nitrate will also decompose at temperatures above 120°C and have a similar boiling point to hydroxylamine.
