Results and discussion

Preliminary study:
As less than 10% of hydolysis was observed in each of the 3 experiments, after 5 days at 50 °C and at pH either at 4, 7 or 9, the organic part of PACTT, 2 Na is considered as hydrolytically stable and no further testing is required.

Applicant's summary and conclusion

Validity criteria fulfilled:
yes
Conclusions:
The organic part of PACTT, 2 Na is hydrolytically stable in water at pH 4, 7 and 9. As the mineral part of PACTT, 2 Na , Sodium Bromide, is also hydrolytically stable in water at these environmentally relevant pH values, PACTT, 2 Na is hydrolytically stable in water.
