Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Description of key information

Supporting study: Test method equivalent or similar to OECD Guideline 211. No analytical monitoring of the test substance was made. The 21d-LC50 was determined to be 14 µg/l.

Additional information

Supporting study: A Daphnia magna reproduction test was performed following a test method equivalent or similar to OECD Guideline 211. 10 Daphnids per vessel (5 replicates per dose) were exposed to the test substance over a period of 21 days. No analytical monitoring of the test substance was made. The number of surviving females and the number of neonates produced were recorded daily. At the end of the experiments carapace length of the daphnids was determined. The 21d-LC50 was determined to be 14 µg/l. A significant reduction in mean carapace length of 21-day-old daphnids was generally detected at levels comparable with the LC50 value. Growth and reproduction were not specifically inhibited since effects on these properties were generally detected at levels comparable to the LC50.
