Applicant's summary and conclusion

Interpretation of results:
not classified based on GHS criteria
Conclusions:
Under the experimental conditions during a preliminary test, the burning time was measured as higher than 4 minutes. As a result, SEPISOL FAST BLUE is not considered as a flammable solid.
Executive summary:

A test to determine if Sepisol Fast Blue 85219 is a flammable solid was carried out by following the EU method A.10.

The test material is formed into an unbroken strip or powder strain about 250 mm long by 20 mm wide by 10 mm high on a non-combustible, non-porous and low heat -conducting base plate. A hot flame from a gas burner is applied to one end of the powder strain until the powder ignites for a maximum of 2 minutes.

During the preliminary assay, the burning time was measured to be 1590 seconds. Burning was slow and constant throughout the entire section.

Since this burning time was greater than 4 minutes, no further test was carried out.

It has been concluded that Sepisol Fast Blue 85219 was not a flammable solid.
