In the assessment a 96-h LC50 value of 130 mg/L is used from a non-GLP, OECD 203 guideline study with the guppyPoecilia reticulata conducted under semi-static conditions without analytical monitoring (van Leeuwen et al., 1985; van Leeuwen 1986).

A 48-h EC50 value of 56 mg/L in Daphnia magna from a semi-static non-GLP, OECD 202 guideline study without analytical monitoring (van Leeuwen et al., 1985; van Leeuwen 1986) is used in the assessment.

For algae a 96-h ErC50 value of 56 mg/L in Chlorella pyrenoidosa from a semi-static non-GLP, OECD 202 guideline study without analytical monitoring (van Leeuwen et al., 1985; van Leeuwen, 1986) is used in the assessment.
