Description of key information

Under the conditions of this study, the test material was determined to decompose from approximately 336 °C (610 K) at ambient atmospheric pressure. As the test material decomposed, no value for boiling point could be determined.

Additional information

The key study was conducted in line with GLP and the standardised guidelines OECD 103 and EU Method A.2. It was assigned a reliability score of 1 in accordance with the criteria detailed by Klimisch (1997).

The boiling point of the test material was investigated using differential scanning calorimetry.

Aliquots of the test material were added to aluminium crucibles and heated to 450 °C.

The test material lost a volatile fraction from approximately 112 to 182 °C (358 to 455 K) before decomposing from approximately 336 °C (610 K).
