The substance is unstable in water and the atmosphere and testing would record the results of the key degradation products.

The reaction with water would lead to formation of titanium oxide with polyethylene glycol and 2-propanol with lactic acid and triisoproanolamine

Although the titanium oxide is persistent and stable in the environment, it is not considered to be toxic or bioaccumulative. The organic components are water soluble and are all considered to be highly biodegradable with no long term toxicity concerns.
