Description of key information

The influence of Reaction mass of sodium sulfate, sodium amino-12- dodecanoate and sodium dodecanoedioate on the growth of the freshwater green algae was assessed in a static dose-response test. The 72 hour EC50 value for the parameter growth rate could not be calculated due to the low inhibition of this parameter, for the parameter yield it was extrapolated to be 119.3 mg test item/L. The 72-hour NOEC was determined to be 3.2 mg test item/L for the parameters growth rate and yield, respectively. The associated 72-hour LOEC was determined to be 10 mg test item/L for the parameter growth rate for both parameters.
