Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

Additional information

The melting point is a property that is specific for pure substances. For substances with impurities present, the melting point will turn into a melting range. Reaction mass of 1-O-α-D-glucopyranosyl-D-fructose and 6-O-α-D-glucopyranosyl-D-fructose and fructose and glucose and sucrose does not fall under those categories, since it is a mix of several carbohydrates and some constituents decompose before melting. Therefore the test does not need to be conducted. Only a range of decomposition temperature of Reaction mass of 1-O-α-D-glucopyranosyl-D-fructose and 6-O-α-D-glucopyranosyl-D-fructose and fructose and glucose and sucrose could be estimated (100 - 185 °C).
