The density of the substances was derived as read-across from the single components of the substances: trehalulose (CAS 51411-23-5, 1.33 g/cm³ at 20 °C, ca. 70% solution), fructose (CAS 57-48-7, 1.6 g/cm³ at 20 °C beta-anhydrid), glucose (CAS 50-99-7 1.5805 g/cm³ at 17 °C) and sucrose (CAS 57-50-1, 1.54 - 1.56 g/cm³ at 18 - 25 °C).
