Details on results:
- Behavioural abnormalities: None
- Observations on body length and weight: N/a
- Other biological observations: no significant immobilisation observed
- Mortality of control: 0
- Other adverse effects control: None
- Abnormal responses: None
- Any observations (e.g. precipitation) that might cause a difference between measured and nominal values: None noted
- Effect concentrations exceeding solubility of substance in test medium: None

yes
Conclusions:
After 48 hours of exposure of Daphnia magna to T-1620L as water accommodated fractions (WAF) with a maximum nominal loading rate of 100 mg/L, no significant immobilisation was observed. Therefore the EL50 value could not be calculated but must be >100 mg/L (nominal loading rate), whilst the “no observed effect loading rate” (NOELR) was 100 mg/L, the highest nominal loading rate tested.
Executive summary:

After 48 hours of exposure of Daphnia magna to T-1620L as water accommodated fractions (WAF) with a maximum nominal loading rate of 100 mg/L, no significant immobilisation was observed. Therefore the EL50value could not be calculated but must be >100 mg/L (nominal loading rate), whilst the “no observed effect loading rate” (NOELR) was 100 mg/L, the highest nominal loading rate tested.
