Two experimental values are available for 2-(4-((5-(trifluoromethyl)pyridin-2-yl)oxy)phenoxy)propanoic acid, which is considered to be the relevant ionisable species. One is for the (R)-enantiomer, the second is the racemate; both are equivalent for this endpoint. While both reported values are in reasonable agreement, those from Wollerton et al are selected to maintain dataset consistency, and as they were collected under GLP. However, it is likely those reported by Chamberlain are the more accurate.
