Please be aware that this old REACH registration data factsheet is no longer maintained; it remains frozen as of 19th May 2023.

The new ECHA CHEM database has been released by ECHA, and it now contains all REACH registration data. There are more details on the transition of ECHA's published data to ECHA CHEM here.

GLP compliance:
yes (incl. QA statement)

The temperature of all test mixtures did not significantly vary in the course of the

experiments and never exceeded ambient conditions, i.e. the temperature increase was

clearly below 5 °C.

At minute 0, approx. minute 15, hour 1 and hour 24 no gas evolution could be observed

using ammonium dihydrogen phosphate, iron powder and 0.1N potassium permanganate

solution.

The observed temperatures are listed in the Table :

Final Results

Technical AE 1170437 was found to be non-reactive with ammonium dihydrogen phosphate,

metallic iron or aqueous solution of 0.1 N potassium permanganate in terms of

significant temperature increase or evolution of gas.

No significant temperature increase was observed for all applied test mixtures, i.e. the

temperature increase was clearly below 5 °C in the course of the experiments and never

exceeded ambient conditions.

Description of key information
