Conclusions:
The OECD harmonized ring method was used for the determination of the surface tension of the test item. The surface tension of a test solution at 90% of the test substance saturation solubility in water and at 20.1 °C was 66.5 mN/m.
According to this, the test substance is considered not surface active.
