First-aid measures
Emergency measure - Inhalation: Remove patient to fresh air. In case of irritation of
respiration system or mucous membranes, seek medical
attention.
Emergency measure - Eyes: Rinse immediately with water, in case of irritation, seek
medical attention.
Emergency measure - Skin: Wash off with soap and plenty water, do not use organic
solvents. In case of dermatitis , seek medical attention.
Emergency measure - Ingestion: Immediatly give plenty of water (charcoal slurry)Seek
medical advice
Fire-fighting measures
Recommended extinguishing agent: water spray, carbon dioxide (CO2), foam, dry powder
Product arising from burning: Products of combustion may contain oxides of carbon and
hydrogen fluoride; toxic gases and vapours
Product determined by test: N
Protective equipment: Wear full protective clothing and self-contained breathing
apparatus.
Accidental release measures
Emergency measures in case of spillage: Use mechanical handling equipment. Collect the spilled
product into suitable containers, which must be tightly
sealed and properly labelled. Avoid dust formation.
Handling and storage
Handling: In accordance with good industrial hygiene practice. Where
there is any possibility of exposure the correct use of
personal protection is required, including gloves, safety
goggles and full protecting clothing. Ensure good local
exhaust ventilation.
Storage: Store in the original container securely closed. Protect
from light and at less than 25 degree C. Keep away from
food and drink.Avoid shock and friction. Handle with care.
Do not smoke.
Packaging of the substance and or preparation: 10 kg lined drums
