First-aid measures

Emergency measure - Inhalation: Unfallopfer an die frische Luft bringen. Sofort einen Arzt

aufsuchen.

Emergency measure - Eyes: Mehrere Minuten unter fließendem Wasser waschen;

Augenlider dabei offen halten. Wenn Reizung anhält, Arzt

aufsuchen.

Accidental release measures

Emergency measures in case of spillage: Ausgelaufenes Material sollte möglichst eingedämmt werden.

Schutzkleidung tragen. Beim Aufwischen des Produkts

Staubbildung vermeiden. Pellets in die Behälter zur

Wiederverwendung oder Entsorgung fegen, schaufeln oder

saugen. Es muß vermieden werden, daß die Pellets in die

Wasserwege gelangen. Bereich lüften und waschen.

Spilled material should be damned in. Wear protective

clothing. Avoid the formation of dust during taking up the

product. Fill, sweep or suck pellets into the containers

for recyling or disposal. Avoid the entering of the pellets

into the aquatic environments. Ventilate the area and wash

it.

Handling and storage

Handling: Die Spritzgußvorgänge sollten unter gut belüfteten

Bedingungen durchgeführt werden. Anhaltende oder längere

Einatmung von Prozeßdämpfen ist zu vermeiden. Bei normalem

Gebrauch und bei normaler Handhabung ist in der Regel kein

Atemschutz erforderlich. Ein Atemschutz kann erforderlich

sein, wenn das Produkt zu einem feinen Pulver oder Staub

vermahlen wird. Gegebenenfalls ist für eine lokale

Abluftanlage zu sorgen, um die Dämpfe abzusaugen.

Sicherheitsbrillen und/oder Sicherheitsgläser mit

Seitenschutz, die die Augen staubfrei halten können, sind zu

tragen, wenn ein Augenkontakt zu erwarten ist.

Schutzhandschuhe (Gummi oder PVC) sind zur Vermeidung eines

Hautkontakts zu tragen. Darüber hinaus tragen die Arbeiter

Schutzanzüge aus Baumwolle.

The injection moulding processes should be conducted under

well ventilated conditions. Avoid prolonged or longer

lasting inhalation of production vapours. During the normal

use and the normal handling normally no breathing protection

is necessary. Breathing protection could be necessary if the

substance is grint to fine powder or dust. If necessary

observe for local ventilation in order to suck the vapours

away. Wear goggles and/or safety glases with side protection

in order to keep the eyes dustfree if eye contact could be

possible. Wear gloves (rubber or PVC) in order to avoid skin

contact. Further the workers should wear protective suits

made of cotton.

Storage: An einem kühlen, gut belüfteten Ort in gut verschlossenen

Behältern aufbewahren.
