Description of key information

According to Guidance on Information Requirements and Chemical Safety Assessment, Endpoint Specific Guidance: Chpt R.7.1.10 testing of the substance is not required for the following reasons:
The substance cannot spontaneously catch fire on the basis of the chemical structure.
The substance is an inorganic oxide, in which the inorganic element is in its highest possible oxidation state therefore it is incapable of further reaction with oxygen.
