First-aid measures

Emergency measure - Inhalation: Person an die frische Luft bringen; bei Atembeschwerden Arzt hinzuziehen.  "ENGLISH"  Remove the affected person to the fresh air. In the case of breathing difficulty, seek medical advice. Emergency measure - Eyes: Bei geöffneten Lidern ausreichend lange mit Wasser ausspülen. Danach sofort (Augen-)Arzt konsultieren.  "ENGLISH"  Keeping the eyelids wide open, rinse out with water for a sufficiently long period. Then consult a physician (eye specialist) immediately. Emergency measure - Skin: Sofort mit viel Wasser und Seife abwaschen, besser sofort mit Polyethylenglykol 400 reinigen und danach mit viel Wasser und Seife nachwaschen. Handling and storage

Handling: Alle Arbeitsverfahren sind grundsätzlich so zu gestalten,

dass die Belastung durch Einatmen des Stoffes und durch

Hautkontakt so gering wie möglich sowie der Augenkontakt

ausgeschlossen ist.

Bei Abfüll-, Umfüll- und Dosierarbeiten sowie bei

Probenahmen nach Möglichkeit geschlossene Vorrichtungen

verwenden.

Es ist für gute Raumlüftung zu sorgen, ggf. örtliche

Absaugung. Abluft nur über geeignete Abscheider oder Wäscher

ins Freie führen.

Bei allen Arbeitsgängen, bei denen die Möglichkeit zu

Produktkontakt besteht, sind geeignete Schutzkleidung (z.B.

Vollschutzanzug), Schutzhandschuhe aus Gummi oder PVC,

Schutzbrille (z.B. Korbbrille) sowie Atemschutz

(Kombinationsfilter, z.B. DIN 3181 ABEK) zu tragen.

Bei Austritt größerer Mengen ist schwerer Atemschutz zu

tragen.

Handschuhe sind nach Produktkontamination sofort zu wechseln

und fachgerecht zu entsorgen.

Für Sauberkeit im Arbeitsbereich ist zu sorgen.

In unmittelbarer Nähe des Arbeitsbereiches sollten

ausreichende Waschgelegenheiten zur Verfügung stehen sowie

Augenbrausen bereitgestellt und ihr Standort auffällig

gekennzeichnet werden. Nach Hautkontakt sollten die

betroffenen Körperstellen sofort gründlich mit....gereinigt

werden.

Besondere Hautschutz- und Hautpflegemaßnahmen werden

empfohlen. Vor den Pausen sind die Hände zu waschen.

Es sollte ein Hautschutzplan aufgestellt werden.

Arbeitskleidung ist getrennt aufzubewahren.

Vorsorge gegen elektrostatische Aufladung, wie sie in

Abhängigkeit von Apparatur, Handhabung und Verpackung des

Produktes möglich ist, sollte generell getroffen werden.

Behälter trocken und dicht geschlossen halten.

Maßnahmen für die Rückhaltung von Produkt und Löschwasser

sind vorzusehen.

Produkt von Nahrungs- und Genußmitteln, Säuren und Laugen

fernhalten.

All work processes must always be designed in such a way

that the exposure by inhalation of the substance and by skin

contact is as low as possible and eye contact is excluded.

As far as possible, use closed equipement during filling,

transfer, metered feeding and sampling.

Ensure good room ventilation, if necessary, local exhaust

ventilation. Only release exhaust air to the open air via

suitable separators or scrubbers.

Suitable protective clothing (e.g. full protective suit),

protective gloves made of rubber or PVC, goggles (e.g.

tightly fitting goggles) as well as respiratory protection

(combination filter, e.g. DIN 3181 ABEK) must be worn during

all working operations in which the possibility of contact

with the product exists. Heavy-duty respiratory protection

must be worn in the case of the release of large amounts.

After contamination with the product, gloves must be changed

immediately and disposed of properly.

Ensure cleanliness in the working area.

Sufficient washing facilities should be available in the

immediate vicinity of the working area. Eye douches should

be made available and their location should be conspicuously

labelled. After skin contact the affected parts of the body

should be immediately thoroughly cleaned using ... .
