Additional information

A test on the acute toxicity of the test substance to aquatic invertebrates is not available. Alternatively, the acute toxicity was examined with the corresponding calcium salt of the test substance (CAS 65212-77-3) in a GLP compliant guideline study according to OECD 202 with the test species Daphnia magna in a static test system set-up [BASF SE 2012]. A saturated solution of the test substance prepared at a loading concentration of 100 mg/L had no observable effect on Daphnia magna in the test media and under test conditions. Thus, an EC50 > 12.2 mg/L (measured) after the 48 hour exposure period could be determined.
