GHS criteria not met
Conclusions:
No flash point was detected up to 98°C.
Executive summary:

The Flash Point of Octadecanoic acid, reaction products with diethylenetriamine, di-Me sulfate-quaternized was determined in duplicate analysis according to CIPAC Volume F MT 12 “Flash Point” using the Pensky-Martens closed cup method. No flash point was detected up to 98°C. Once it reached the temperature of 98ºC, the test item boils and flows out of the closed tester.
