TheReaction mass of aluminium fluoride and aluminium oxide and chromium (III) oxide and nickel dichloride(Einecs #909-803-9)is an on-site isolated intermediate, manufactured and used under Strictly Controlled Conditions within industrial settings. According to Article 17 of the REACH regulation, a registration for an on-site isolated intermediate shall include any available existing information on physicochemical, human health or environmental properties to the extend that the manufacturer is able to submit it without any additional testing: of the intermediate.
