Details on test organisms:
TEST ORGANISM
- Common name: rare minnow (Gobiocypris rarus)
- Source: The rare minnow was initially derived from Institute of Hydrobiology, Chinese Academy of Science, and then had been reproduced and maintaining in the facility of CTI-SET. The code number of fish used in this test was rare minnow C20200430
- Length at study initiation (length definition, mean, range and SD): 2.0-4.0 cm
- Weight at study initiation (mean and range, SD): wet weight of fish was 300 ± 12 mg (mean ± SD)

ACCLIMATION
- Acclimation period: 7-day acclimation before the test
- Acclimation conditions (same as test or not): same as test
- Feeding frequency during acclimation: daily until 24 hours before the test
- Health during acclimation (any mortality observed): no mortality
